ADJUSTABLE SIZES AND COMFORT: Use the larger pads for the knees and smaller for the elbows making sure the plastic guard on the wrist is under your palm for ultimate protection!

SIZING: Comes in 3 sizes:
- S: Knee pads: 24-32cm; Elbow pad: 22-28.5cm; Wrist guard: 13-20cm. Fits 5-9 years.
- M: Knee pads: 27-34cm; Elbow pad: 25-31cm; Wrist guard: 15-26cm. Fits 9-15 years.
- L: Knee pads: 32-38cm; Elbow pad: 26-23cm; Wrist guard: 17-28cm. Fits 15+ years.
